Resolution for: sign in trouble, redirect-loop, can’t load page

It came to our attention that a portion of you have experienced trouble signing in to ChapterBuilder. This might show up as an error message in your browser:

"This webpage has a redirect loop" -- One of the possible error messages you may be receiving.

Clearing your cookies should take care of the problem (see instructions for clearing cookies here)

After you clear your cookies, the site should work for you as normal. ​We’ve made some adjustments on our end in attempt to prevent that from happening again.

If the issue does happen again, clearing your cookies should fix the problem. It is also important that you please let us know if the issue occurs again – as we may need to make further adjustments on our side.
